Our Seasonal Employment/Apprenticeship Program
Every season we invite three to four aspiring farmers and bakers to join us for a season. Farm apprenticeships run from late winter/early spring through the end of October with a minimum commitment of six months. Bakery apprenticeships run from midwinter/early spring through November with a minimum commitment of seven months. Our seasonal apprentices work in all aspects of our business from production to marketing.
Must have a very strong work ethic and be ready to work 5 days/week, 10-14 hours a day alongside our staff
Must be teachable and have a positive can do, can figure it out attitude, and be ready to overcome any challenge
Must work well with others and be good at team work
Must possess a valid drivers license and have a fairly clean driving record
Food produced on the farm
